本标准规定了商用车辆后置液力缓速器及其控制器的术语和定义、性能要求、试验方法。本标准适用于串、并联结构的后置气控液力缓速器，其它控制方式的后置液力缓速器可参照执行。不适用于前置液力缓速器和集成于变速器的液力缓速器。
