1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for compressor of automobile air conditioner
This standard is applicable to the compressor of automobile air conditioner using refrigerant HFC-134a, including compressor with constant displacement and compressor with variable displacement.
2 Normative References
The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this standard, constitute provisions of this standard. At time of publication, the editions indicated are valid. All standards are subject to revision, and parties using the standard shall investigate the possibility of applying the latest edition of the standards indicated below.

3 Test Requirements
3.1 Ambient temperature
Unless otherwise specified in the standard, generally, the test ambient temperature is 10℃~35℃.
3.2 Test refrigerant and lubricant
Coolant HFC-134a is adopted, and corresponding lubricant is adopted depending on the design specification.
3.3 Test refrigerant circulating system
3.3.1 Expel noncondensable gas in the system, and make sure refrigerant and lubricant are free from leakage.
3.3.2 Refrigerant and lubricant in the system shall be of proper amount and meet the relevant requirements.
3.4 Measuring instrument and accuracy
3.4.1 Test instruments shall be accompanied with quality certificates within the effective service life marked by metering or relevant departments.
3.4.2 Unless otherwise specified by the standard or relevant standards, test instruments shall meet the precision requirements in Table 1.
