1 Scope
This part specifies structure and composition of power quality monitoring network, technical requirements and functional requirements of power quality monitoring master station.
This part is applicable to power quality monitoring master station of all-level grid enterprises affiliated with State Grid Corporation of China.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
Adapter
Unit arranged to connect service layer and power quality monitoring terminal in order to convert and unify output data format of power quality monitoring terminal.
3.2
Power quality monitoring master station
A system which consists of communication server, data server, web server, application server, management workstation, etc., hereinafter referred to as the "master station".
