QJ 1392-1988 Internal-pressure test method for the chamber case of solid rocket motor
1 Scope and applicability
This standard specifies the internal-pressure test method, record form, data processing method and test report requirements of chamber case of solid rocket motor.
This standard is applicable to the internal-pressure test of steel case of combustion chamber under normal temperature and static load. It may be used by reference for the internal-pressure test of composite chamber case.
2 Terms
2.1 insulation resistance
insulation resistance between the strain gauge and the structure under test, as a sign to identify the curing degree of the adhesive layer, which shall be greater than 1,000 MΩ
2.2 temperature compensation
resistance value of strain gauge changing not only with the mechanical strain of the structure under test, but also with the temperature, and a strain gauge is generally used to realize half-bridge compensation for heat output during measuring at room temperature
2.3 strain test on the outer wall surface of case
strain test by sticking the strain gauge on the position to be tested on the outer surface of the case
2.4 strain test on the inner wall surface of case
strain test by sticking the strain gauge on the position to be tested on the inner surface of the case, that is, high-pressure liquid test
2.5 case displacement test
test of axial displacement or radial displacement of case under pressure with displacement sensor
3 Test site requirements
3.1 Horizontal bearing test pit
Horizontal bearing test pit shall meet the following requirements:
a. The pit is covered with a movable protective plate, and the test piece shall be put horizontally in the pit during the test;
b. Rain and sun protection.
3.2 Isolated operating room
3.2.1 The operating room of pressurization system shall meet the following requirements:
a. Clean and tidy;
