QJ 1625-1989 Parameter symbols of solid rocket motors
1 Subject content and application scope
1.1 This standard specifies the symbols of parameters and units commonly used for solid rocket motors.
1.2 This standard is applicable to the compilation of design, development and test documents, professional standards and scientific and technological treatises on solid rocket motors.
1.3 The parameter symbols specified in this standard, if insufficient, shall be supplemented according to the requirements of the "Principles for formulating parameter symbols of solid rocket motors" (see Annex A).
2 Parameter symbols
Parameter symbols commonly used for solid rocket motors are listed in the form of a table as below:
Annex A
(Supplement)
Principles for formulating parameter symbols of solid rocket motors
A1 Parameter symbols of solid rocket motors
A1.1 General requirements for parameter symbols
A1.1.1 The parameter symbols shall be as simple as possible, their meanings shall be clearly expressed and they shall not be confused with each other.
A1.1.2 The parameter symbols are generally represented by a single Latin or Greek letter, which must be italic. When different parameters are represented by the same symbol and the same unit symbol, they may be distinguished by subscript or superscript, side mark and top mark, at the positions shown in Figure A1:
A1.1.3 The relevant symbols in the following standard shall be selected in the following sequences:
a. GB 3100 ~ 3102-86 Quantities and units;
b. International standard (ISO and IEC).
A1.2 Main symbol
The main symbols (see Figure A1) are selected in the following methods and sequences:
a. Adopt the relevant symbols in GB 3100 ~ 3102-86 Quantities and units;
b. Adopt a single Latin or Greek letter;
