1 Scope
This specification specifies the requirements, quality assurance requirements and delivery preparation of the missile hooking vehicle of tactical missile (hereinafter referred to as “vehicle”).
This specification is applicable to the design, manufacture and acceptance of missile hooking vehicle of tactical missile, and the hooking equipment of other types of airborne weapons may also be implemented with reference.

3 Requirements
3.1 General
The vehicle shall meet all requirements specified in this specification and detailed specifications. If the requirements of this specification are inconsistent with the detailed specifications, the latter shall prevail.
3.2 Weight
Self-weight of vehicle with load capacity of 1t shall be no more than 3t, and that of vehicle with load capacity of 1t or higher is generally no more than twice the load capacity.
3.3 Colours
Generally, the colour of the vehicle is military green or camouflage color.
3.4 Appearance quality
The appearance of the vehicle shall meet the following requirements:
a) The vehicle shall be neat and beautiful, and the surface shall not have defects such as acute angle, sharp edge, rust, crack, deformation and breakage;
b) The welding seam is uniform, and the welding quality shall comply with the drawing and GJB 481;
c) The metal coating is in good condition, the precision grade, colour, gloss and uniformity of the topcoat shall meet the requirements of relevant detailed specifications, and the topcoat shall be free from flow marks, bubbles and peeling off;
d) The arrangement of hydraulic pipelines and electrical cables shall be reasonable, orderly, fixed and reliable, and the hose connection shall be free from distortion;
e) Fasteners shall not be loose or fall off, and there is no leakage in the hydraulic system.
3.5 Signs and code
3.5.1 Signs
The signs shall be eye-catching, clear and lasting. Generally, the content of the sign shall include the code name, name, serial number, manufacturer and date of manufacture of the product.
3.5.2 Code
Code shall be short, generally no more than 15 characters, and meet the requirements of QJ 2243.
3.6 Design and structure
3.6.1 General requirements
The design of the vehicle shall meet the following basic requirements:
a) It shall meet the requirements of the assignment book or contract;
b) It can adapt to various aircraft stores and be kind of universal;
c) It has good maneuverability to meet the requirements of various narrow space environments of aircraft and apron;
d) While inheriting mature technology, try our best to adopt the "three-oriented" design;
e) While meeting the requirements of technical performance indicators, full consideration is given to its economy.

3 Requirements
