Safety testing regulations for satellite liquid propellant
1 Scope
1.1 Subject content
This standard specifies the methods and requirements for safety testing of satellite liquid propellant during operation.
1.2 Application scope
This standard is applicable to the safety testing of satellite liquid propellant during refueling and launching preparation stage (after refueling). It may also be referenced by other safety testing related to liquid propellant tests.

3 Definitions
There is no provision in this clause.
4 General requirements
4.1 Work arrangement
Safety testing work shall be included in the satellite launch work plan and carried out in an organized manner.
4.2 Responsibilities of safety testing personnel
4.2.1 Carrying out safety testing.
4.2.2 Keeping and maintaining safety testing instruments.
4.2.3 Reporting any test data exception to the on-site commander in time.
4.2.4 Understanding the safety testing requirements and procedures of the test team.
4.3 Safely testing document
The test team shall prepare the special technical documents for safety testing based on the features of this model according to the requirements of this standard. This document shall meet the requirements of QJ 2236, 5.1.6.
4.4 Post responsibility system
Safety testing shall be carried out in a double-post system, with one post for operation, the other for supervision and necessary auxiliary work, and both posts shall bear equal responsibilities.
Each testing record must be signed by both posts.
