4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 Raw materials
4.1.1.1 The raw materials used for the product shall comply with the relevant existing standards and product technical conditions.
4.1.1.2 The newly developed materials can only be selected for use after technical appraisal.
4.1.1.3 The raw materials used for the product shall be strictly reinspected, and can only be used after passing the resinpection.
4.1.2 Electronic parts and components
4.1.2.1 Electronic parts and components, which shall be provided with certificate of conformity, shall be purchased in strict accordance with the requirements for series, varieties, quality grades and manufacturer sites specified in the preferred directory as per product model.
