Test methods for aerospace antenna
1 Scope
1.1 Subject content
This standard specifies the general requirements and detailed requirements of conventional test methods for electrical property of aerospace antenna products.
1.2 Application scope
This standard is applicable to the electrical property test of missiles, rockets, satellites, spacecraft antennas and space ground antennas.
2 Normative references
GJB 7 Safety limit for microwave radiation
QJ 1947 Definitions of terms for antennas
QJ 2359 Standard test procedures for antennas
SJ 2534.10 Test procedures for antennas - Measurement of power gain and directivity
3 Definitions
3.1 antenna under test
the antenna to be tested itself and relevant components together with it
3.2 antenna range
a test site consisting of instruments, equipment and physical space that meet the requirements for measurement of radiation characteristics of antenna
See QJ 1947 for other terms.
4 General requirements
4.1 Basic assumptions and requirements
4.1.1 Antenna under test
The radiation characteristics of the antenna under test are measured in the antenna range. Therefore, the following assumptions are made:
a. For purpose of this standard, it is assumed that the antenna under test is a passive, linear and reciprocal device;
