本标准规定了极轨气象卫星大气垂直探测的辐射率L1C数据的数据内容和数据格式。本标准适用于国内外极轨气象卫星大气垂直探测的辐射率L1C数据的处理、交换和应用。FY-3 MWRI辐射率L1C数据的格式可参照本标准执行。
