Introduction of SB/T 10009-2008
本标准代替SB/T 10009-1999《冷冻饮品检验方法》。
本标准规定了冷冻饮品的总固形物、总糖、脂肪、膨胀率和蛋白质的测定方法。
本标准适用于冰淇淋、雪糕、雪泥、冰棍和甜味冰的检验。
本标准与SB/T 10009-1999相比主要修改如下：
——对总固形物的测定进行了修改，取消了混合型试样的制备；
——对文字进行了修改。
