本标准规定了水果蔬菜类易腐食品(以下简称果蔬)在预冷、冷藏、运输、销售等环节及环节间的技术要求和包装标识要求。
本标准适用于未经加工或经初级加工,供人类食用的新鲜蔬菜(包括食用菌)、水果等。
本标准不适用于速冻果蔬类易腐食品。
