本标准规定了生物基质中毒（药）物及其代谢物分析方法验证的基本要求。
本标准适用于实验室对非标准方法、实验室制定的方法、超出其预定范围使用的标准方法以及扩充、修改过的标准方法等进行方法验证。本标准只涉及色谱和色谱-质谱联用分析方法且不包括采样部分。
