本标准规定了采用气相色谱法测定B一100生物柴油脂肪酸甲酯中游离甘油和总甘油含量的方法。游离甘油的检测范围为0．005％(质量分数)～O．05％(质量分数)，总甘油的检测范围为0．05％(质量分数)～0．5％(质量分数)。本标准不适用于由含有较多十二烷酸甘油酯的植物油(如椰子油和棕榈核油)合成的生物柴油中游离甘油和总甘油含量的测定。
