1 Scope
This Specification specifies the static and dynamic calculation, construction requirements and material selection requirements of compressor foundation in petrochemical industry.
This Specification is applicable to the design of reciprocating machinery foundation and rotary machinery foundation with working speed greater than 3000r/min in petrochemical engineering.
This Specification is not applicable to the design of compressor foundation supported on the floor system.

general term for power machine foundation together with machines, auxiliary equipment and filled soil on the foundation
3.1.2
equivalent load
Static load equivalent to the dynamic load acting on the original vibration system which is used for the purpose of analysis
3.1.3
frame type foundation
foundation composed of top beam, slab, column and bottom plate
3.1.4
wall type foundation
foundation composed of top plate, vertical and horizontal walls and bottom plate
3.1.5
stiffness of subsoil
ability of the foundation to resist deformation, whose value is the ratio of the force (moment) exerted on the foundation to the linear displacement (angular displacement) caused by it
