本规程规定了石油化工钢结构防腐蚀涂料使用环境的腐蚀性分级、涂层干膜厚度、涂层配套要求、施工验收以及安全、卫生和环境保护方面的要求。
本规程适用于以石油、天然气、煤为原料生产油品及化工产品的工程中，受工业大气介质腐蚀作用下钢结构防腐蚀涂料的选用、施工及验收。
