本规程规定了水泥基无收缩灌浆材料和环氧灌浆材料应用的基本规定、选用原则、材料及其检验、施工及工程验收等规定。
本规程适用于以石油、天然气、煤为原料生产油品及化工产品的工程中，采用水泥基灌浆材料和环氧灌浆材料，进行基础灌浆、螺栓或钢筋锚固及预应力孔道灌浆的选用、施工和质量验收。
