复审结论：该规程结构上不符合 GB/T1.1－2000要求，在检验内容上未包括鞋类涉及安全、健康和环保项目，抽样方案不适应出口鞋类检验现状要求。且该规程已被SN1309.3－2003《鞋类检验规程 塑料鞋检验规程》、SN1309.7－2003《鞋类检验规程 布鞋检验规程》等两规程完全替代，应废止。
