3 Method summary
After being extracted ultrasonically in acetone, degreased, and detected by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector, the samples are quantified by external standard method of matrix-matched standard working curve.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, analytically-pure reagents and Class I water defined in GB/T 6682 shall be adopted.
4.1 Acetone: chromatographically pure.
4.2 n-hexane: chromatographically pure.
4.3 Phosphoric acid.
4.4 Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate.
4.5 0.02% dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution: accurately weigh 0.2g dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, dissolve it with water and dilute to 1L, and then adjust it to pH=2.4 with phosphoric acid (4.3).
4.6 0.5% dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution: accurately weigh 0.5g dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, dissolve it with water and dilute to 100mL.
4.7 Azodicarbonamide standard material: CAS No.: 123-77-3, molecular formula: C2H4N4O2, relative molecular mass: 116.1.
