Introduction of T/BECS 0004-2024
为遵循国家“双碳”政策和绿色发展理念，构建绿色发展标准体系，满足中国建设银行北京市分行网点建设关于绿色低碳、节能增效、碳核算清晰的需求，特制定本标准。
本标准适用于中国建设银行北京市分行各绿色网点建设，包括新建网点绿色建设和存量网点绿色改造。存量网点局部空间的节能提升，也可参照本标准。
绿色网点建设除应符合本标准外，尚应符合国家、北京市和行业现行有关标准的规定。
