1 Scope
This part specifies terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transport and storage of railway signal power supply panel (hereinafter referred to as power supply panel).
This part is applicable to power supply equipment for railway signal all-relay interlocking equipment, computer-interlocking equipment, hump signal equipment, 25Hz phase detecting track circuit, section automatic blocking equipment and other equipment.

electromagnetic interference
degradation of device, equipment or system performance induced by electromagnetic disturbance

immunity
capability of power supply for resisting outside electromagnetic interference and enabling power output terminal (load) to obtain the specified susceptibility threshold
3.4
electromagnetic compatibility
capability of equipment or system capable of working normally in its electromagnetic environment without causing intolerable electromagnetic disturbance to any mater
