本标准规定了铁路混凝土双片式简支梁横向加固作业技术要求、试验检验、安全措施等。
本标准适用于既有线最高速度200km/h，跨度32m及以下混凝土双片式简支梁横向加固及梁体横隔板断裂加固。其他梁跨结构加固亦可参照执行。
