本标准适用于GB/T 7920.4中定义的周期式混凝土搅拌站，采用混凝土搅拌运输车接料的生产形式。GB/T 7920.4中定义的其他搅拌站（楼）或其他接料生产形式参照采用。
本标准规定搅拌站能效和工作效率的测试方法，测试数据的记录处理。
本标准中能效的测试只包含搅拌站直接参与混凝土生产的搅拌站主体，不包含原材料处理、骨料自动堆场、废水废料处理等附属设备。
