本文件规定了工业园区危险气体TDLAS开放光路监测系统（以下简称“监测系统”）的组成结构要求、性能指标、安装要求、验收要求、日常运行管理要求与质量保证。本文件适用于工业园区甲烷（CH?4）、一氧化碳（CO）、氨（NH?3）、硫化氢（H?2S）、乙烯（C?2H?4）TDLAS开放光路监测系统，主要面向园区危险气体泄漏监测预警、突发事件应急监测、安全生产隐患排查监测等，也可用于环境污染气体影响评价监测。其他种类的危险气体可参照执行。
