本规程适用于抗震设防烈度为8度及以下地区的新建、扩建、改建工业与民用建筑中采用烧结复合保温砖和保温砌块墙体保温系统的材料、设计、施工和验收。
烧结复合保温砖和保温砌块墙体保温系统除应符合本规程规定外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准和现行中国工程建设标准化协会有关标准的规定。
