X射线实时成像技术是一种由X射线接收装置和监视器来代替传统射线照相中的胶片得到X射线图像的无损检测技术。使用X射线接收装置将不可见的X射线转换为数字或模拟信号,经图像成像及处理后呈现在显示器上。利用X射线穿透不同物质时呈现出不同程度衰减的原理,在X射线图像中显示出明暗度差异。图像处理系统克服因为X射线源和X射线探测器不同及焊接层材料密度不同、厚度不均等原因导致的图像明暗度有差异,图层不好分割的困难,将图像分割为焊盘和空洞两个图层。图像处理系统计算出空洞图层中空洞面积与焊盘图层中焊盘面积的比值,即焊接层的空洞率,达到DBC基板一次焊接和二次焊接层焊接质量检测的目的。
