为规范液压升降坝设计，做到技术先进、安全可靠、经济合理、实用耐久、管理方便、环境协调，特制定本标准。
本标准适应于挡水高度6 m及以下的钢结构液压升降坝。?
液压升降坝工程等别、建筑物级别和洪水标准、设计使用年限及耐久性要求、安全监测设计应分别符合SL 252 《水利水电工程等级划分及洪水标准》、SL 654 《水利水电工程合理使用年限及耐久性设计规范》以及SL 725 《水利水电工程安全监测设计规范》的规定。
