Article 1 This Examination Requirements was prepared based on "Special Equipment Operator Supervision and Administration" and "Special equipment Operator Examination Rules" to guarantee safe operation of pressure pipes and standardize examinations for safety administrators and operators of pressure pipes.
Article 2 Safety administrators and operators of pressure pipes refer to full-time or part-time administrating personnel (hereinafter referred to as safety administrator) and operating and maintenance personnel (hereinafter referred to as operators ) responsible for pipe equipment, operation and technical safety of pressure pipe users specified in "Regulations on Safety Supervision over Special Equipment".
This Examination Requirements is applicable to examinations for the following persons:
(I) Safety administrators and operators of industrial pipe users;
(II) Safety administrators and operators of public pipe users;
(III) Safety administrators and operators of long-distance pipe users;
Article 3 Pressure pipe operators are divided into 6 grades. Grade division and available pressure pipe grades are as follows:
(I) Grade I-1 available industrial pipe grades are GC1, GC2 and GC3;
(II) Grade II-1 available industrial pipe grades are GC2 and GC3;
(III) Grade II-3 available industrial pipe grade is GC3;
(IV) Grade II-1, available public pipe grade is GB1;
(V) Grade II-2, available public pipe grade is GB2;
(VI) Grade III, available long-distance pipe grades are GA1 and GA2.
Administrators of pressure pipes are not graded.
Note: Definitions and grade division for industrial pipes, public pipes and long-distance pipes shall be implemented according to "Provisions of Pressure Pipe Safety Administration and Supervision" and " Qualifications Confirmation Enforcement Regulations of Pressure Pipe Installation Organization".
Article 4 Safety administrators of pressure pipes shall meet the following requirements:
(I) Above 18 (including 18) years old and under 60 (including 60) years old;
(II) Good health, capable of this work;
(III) Safety administration knowledge and technical expertise of pressure pipes
(IV) Safety administrators of long-distance pipes: college degree or above, major in engineering technology, at least 3 years of work experience on long-distance pipe operation;
(V) Safety administrators of industrial pipes or public pipes: college degree or above, at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Article 4 Safety administrators of pressure pipes shall meet the following requirements:
(I) Above 18 (including 18) years old and under 60 (including 60) years old;
(II) Good health, capable of this work;
(III) Safety technology knowledge and operating skills of pressure pipes;
(IV) Grade I-3 and Grade I-2 operators of industrial pipes shall have junior high school degree or above, Grade I-1 operators of industrial pipes shall have senior high school degree or above, and have at least half-a-year relevant operation experience.
(V) Operators of public pipes shall have junior high school degree or above and at least 1 year of relevant operation experience;
(VI) Operators of long-distance pipes shall have junior high school degree or above and at least 2 years of relevant operation experience.
