Article 1 This Rule is formulated with a view to specifying the type test work and guaranteeing the work quality for mechanical parking system in accordance with "Type Test Specification for Cranes".
Article 2 This Rule is applicable to lifting-sliding, vertical circulating, multi-layer circulating, horizontal movement, aisle-stacking, horizontal circulating, vertical lifting, mini and vehicle lift, etc. mechanical parking system (hereinafter referred to as "parking system").
Article 3 The technical parameters and requirements in this Rule are quoted from the following main standards:
(I) GB/T 3811-1983 "Design Rules for Cranes";
(II) GB 6067-1985 "Safety Rules for Lifting Appliances";
(III) GB 17907-1999 "Mechanical Parking Systems-General Safety Requirement";
(IV) JB/T 8909-1999 "Mini Mechanical Parking System";
(V) JB/T 8910-1999 "Lift-sliding Mechanical Parking System";
(VI) JB/T 10215-2000 "Vertical Circulating Mechanical Parking System";
(VII) JB/T 10475-2004 "Vertical Lifting Mechanical Parking System";
(VIII) JB/T 10474-2004 "Aisle-stacking Mechanical Parking System".
Article 4 The model machine provided by the manufacturing organization of parking system (hereinafter referred to as "manufacturing organization") shall meet the following requirements:
(I) Consistent with the design drawing;
(II) The safety protection device passes type test as required;
(III) Qualified self-inspection.
Supervision inspection shall be carried out for the model machine as required; the type test shall be carried out based on qualified supervision inspection.
Article 5 For type test, the manufacturing organization shall at least provide the model machine with the following technical documents:
(I) Design documents, including general drawing, drawing of main load-carrying structure members, drawing of vital parts and relevant calculating data;
(II) Self-inspection report, product quality qualification as well as installation and operation instructions;
(III) Type test qualification of safety protection devices;
(IV) Inspection record or qualification of main load-carrying structure members, vital parts, operating mechanism, electrical and control system;
(V) Quality inspection document during manufacturing process;
(VI) Certification on manufacture supervision inspection (applicable to those in need of manufacture supervision inspection).
The general drawing of model machine, drawing of main load-carrying structure members and drawing of vital parts shall be signed by manufacturing organization, supervision inspection organization and type test organization; they shall be sealed and preserved by the manufacturing organization; the supervision inspection organization and the type test organization only reserve general drawing and drawing of main load-carrying structure members.
