Introduction of WS/T 232-2002

本标准是在卫生部发布的《全国临床检验操作规程（第二版）》的基础上，参考美国国家临床实验室标准委员会（NCCLS）标准，结合中国国情及卫生系统的实际情况和要求而制定。
本标准规定了制造商和用户对商业性微生物培养基质量检验的试验过程。制造商必须进行检测而无须用户进行检测的培养基列于表1，包括检测每组培养基所需的质控菌株及可被接受的预期结果。用户必须进行检测的培养基列于表2。孵育环境和时间适用于所列的指控菌株，但并不表示这些条件即被推荐用于临床标本。
