Introduction of YD/T 1021-1999
本标准规定了接入网（AN）和业务节点（SN）之间的VB5.2参考点上接口的物理过程和协议要求，VB5.2参考点提供灵活的（通过指配的）虚通道链路（VPL）分配功能和灵活的（通过指配的）虚通路链路（VCL）分配功能（由Q3接口控制），还通过宽带承载连接控制（B-BCC）协议提供受控于SN的即时VC链路分配。VB5.2参考点是VB5.1参考点的一个超集增加了B-BCC功能允许通过VB5参考点在AN中进行即时VC链路分配。
