Introduction of YD/T 3230-2017
本标准规定了接入我国公众信息通信网的数字移动通信终端在基本业务和功能、基本性能、通信安全、互联互通、网络保护、应急通信保障、信息安全和个人信息保护等方面通用的技术要求和测试方法。
本标准适用于所有接入我国公众信息通信网的数字移动通信终端，专用信息通信网的数字移动通信终端也可参照本标准执行。
