Method of cupping test for aluminum and aluminum alloys
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method of cupping test for measuring the cupping value (IE) of aluminum and aluminum alloy plates, strips and foils, which is used to check the plastic deformation performance of materials during stretch forming.
It is applicable to aluminum and aluminum alloy plates, strips and foils with thickness of 0.1~3.0mm
