Introduction of CJJ/T 223-2014
为了推进集中供热系统的供热计量收费，规范集中供热系统热计量收费工作，保障供热计量系统的可靠运行，保护供、用热双方的利益，制订本规程。
本规程适用于集中供热热源、热力站及热用户的供热计量系统的运行管理。
集中供热计量系统的运行管理除应符合本规程的规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
