城市生活垃圾中全氮的测定方法在我国环卫行业尚属空白，各省市在监测分析时只是借鉴土壤或水质的分析方法由于生活垃圾的综合、利用无害化处理研究工作需要了解生活垃圾特性及组分的有关内容，因此本标准结合环境监测、土壤理化检测中现行的分析方法，针对生活垃圾成分的复杂性和不稳定性，在实验室内进行对比实验和验证实验，对分析方法进一步修改与完善，编写了城市生活垃圾全氮的测定方法。 本标准规定了用半微量开氏法测定全氮的方法。
