本标准规定了给水用抗冲改性聚氯乙烯（ＰＶＣＭ）管材及管件的材料、产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于以聚氯乙烯树脂为主要原料，通过物理改性经挤出成型的管材和注塑成型的管件。本标准规定的管材与管件适用于压力下输送生活饮用水和一般用途水，水温不超过４５℃。
