本标准规定了城镇给水用灰铸铁和球墨铸铁制闸阀、蝶阀、旋塞阀和截止阀的设计、材料、试验方法、标志和供货总体要求。本标准未作规定的，应符合有关阀门产品的国家标准或行业标准的规定。本标准适用公称压力PH(1.6 MPa，工作压力Pw(1.6MPa>驱动方式为手动、电动、液动或气动在城镇取水、制水和输配水过程中作为切断或调节用的给水阀门。
