1 Scope
This standard specifies the limit value, monitoring and control requirements of air pollutants emission concentration for boiler in Shandong as well as the relevant requirements of standard implementation and supervision.
This standard is applicable to management of air pollutant emission from coal-fired, oil-fired and gas-fired boilers with various capacities and for various purposes except for pulverized coal-fired power generating boiler and coal-fired, oil-fired and gas-fired power generating boilers with the power greater than 45.5 MW (65t/h) as well as environmental impact assessment of construction projects, environmental protection engineering design, completion environmental protection acceptance and air pollutant emission management after construction project is put into operation.
As for boilers using biomass fuel, blast furnace gas or coal gas, coal water slurry as well as those using or co-firing with other fuels, the air pollutants emission concentration limit value for coal-fired boiler in this standard shall be complied with.
This standard is not applicable to the boilers with various capacities and using domestic wastes and hazardous wastes as fuel.
