1.0.1 Engineering design should earnestly implement the guideline of "safety first and prevention first" and shall strictly carry out the provision on “the labor safety and sanitation facilities must meet the standards in the state’s regulations. The labor safety and sanitation facilities used in the construction, renovation and extension engineering must be designed, constructed, put into production and service at the same time with the major engineering” as specified in the “Law of Labor”.
