DL/T 1175-2021 Technical requirements for filter fabric and bag of flue gas bag house for thermal power plants
1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, basic parameters, selected technical requirements, use management and life evaluation, inspection methods, sampling inspection of filter fabric and bag of flue gas bag house for thermal power plants.
This document is applicable to flue gas bag house for thermal power plants and electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 16845-2017 and the following apply.
3.1
breaking strength
maximum force recorded when specimens are stretched in the tensile test under specified conditions, expressed in Newton (N)
Note: Generally, the specimens are of 200 mm × 50 mm and tested along the warp direction and weft direction of filter media.
3.2
breaking elongation
ratio of the increased length of the filter media when it is stretched to fracture to its initial length under standard pretension, expressed in percentage (%)
3.3
constant load elongation at 50N
ratio of the increased length to the initial length of the filter media with the size of 200 mm × 50 mm when the tension reaches 50N, expressed in percentage (%)
