1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for acceptance, operation and maintenance of tap-changers (on-load tap-changers and off-circuit tap-changers) used for power transformers.
This standard is applicable to resistance filtered oil-immersed and dry on-load tap-changers (hereinafter referred to as "on-load changers") and off-circuit tap-changers (hereinafter referred to as "off-circuit tap-changers") for power transformers with rated voltage 35(20)kV~750kV.
