1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This standard is established with a view to adapting to the requirements of hand-over test of electric equipment in electric equipment installation engineering and facilitating popularization and application of new technology of hand-over test of electric equipment.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to hand-over test of newly installed electric equipment with AC voltage of 750kV or below and passing relevant end-of-manufacturing test of the nation.
1.0.3 Hand-over test of equipment for relay protection, automatic control, remote control, communication, measurement as well as rectifying device, DC field equipment and mechanical part of electrical equipment shall comply with the requirements of relevant current standards of the nation.
1.0.4 Hand-over test of electric equipment in electric equipment installation engineering shall comply with the requirements in this standard and those in the current relevant ones of the nation.

inductive voltage transformer
voltage transformer converting primary voltage to secondary voltage in proportion through electromagnetic induction which has no additional electrical elements changing primary voltage

voltage transformer consisting of capacitive voltage divider and electromagnetic unit; due to its design and internal wiring, secondary voltage of electromagnetic unit is substantially in direct proportion to primary voltage applied to capacitive voltage divider, and if the connection method is correct, the phase difference approaches to zero
