1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements of selection of metallic materials as well as the basic testing items, methods and quality requirements of metallic materials.
This standard is applicable to the maintenance and replacement of in-active-service unit components of the thermal power plants, the selection and substitution of metallic materials for important components of the new units as well as the technical renovation of prolonging the service life of active duty-extended units.
Localization, substitution and maintenance of the foreign-label metallic material may also comply with this standard.
