1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions of natural antibacterial hemp textiles. Requirements, test methods. Inspection rules. Marking. Packaging, transportation and storage. This document applies to the identification of pure hemp (ramie, flax, hemp) or hemp (ramie, flax, hemp) 30% and above, with natural antibacterial properties of blended or interwoven products, to rooibos, jute and other hemp fibers as the main component of hemp textiles can refer to the implementation.
This document does not apply to the antibacterial finishing or add antibacterial function of hemp textiles.

3 terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Natural antibacterial hemp textile products bast fibres textile products with natural bacteriostasis feature
Pure hemp (ramie, flax, hemp) or containing hemp (ramie, flax, hemp) 30% and above of the blended or interwoven products, without antibacterial finishing or adding other antibacterial fibers, to inhibit the growth of bacteria on the fabric, fungus, reproduction or loss of active function of the textile.
3.2
Bacteriostatic rate
Test samples inoculated with bacteria, after the timed constant temperature oscillation culture, the difference between the control sample and the test sample live bacteria concentration and the percentage of the ratio of the control sample live bacteria concentration.
4 Requirements
4.1 Project
The requirements of natural antibacterial hemp textiles are divided into four aspects: internal quality, appearance quality, antibacterial effect and safety.
5 test method
5.1 Intrinsic quality and appearance quality test
Intrinsic quality and appearance quality of the test method according to the relevant parties contractual agreement or according to the corresponding national standards of textiles, industry standards.
5.2 Anti-bacterial effect test
According to GB/T 20944.3-2008 implementation, where the washing resistance program using the washing fastness testing machine washing method.
5.3 Safety test
According to GB18401 and GB31701 in the implementation of the method specified.
6 test rules
6.1 Batch regulations
By the same species, the same color number of products as one or a number of inspection batches.
6.2 Acceptance of product quality
7 signs, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking and packaging according to the contractual agreement of the parties concerned or according to the corresponding national and industry standards for textiles.
7.2 Each packaging unit should be accompanied by instructions for use, instructions for use should be consistent with the requirements of GB/T 5296.4, and should indicate the number of this document and indicate the level of antibacterial effect of the product.
7.3 The product in the package should not use sharp objects such as metal pins.
7.4 should ensure that the product in transit packaging is not broken, the product is not stained, not damp.
