maximum elongation in tensile recovery circulation

tensile recovery circulation
repeated process of continuously tensioning the sample to the selected cycle elongation from specified initial length at specified tensile speed without loosening the clamp, and then returning to the initial length
3.3
stress relaxation
phenomenon that the stress in the fiber gradually decays with time at a constant temperature and at a given deformation
