1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of woven accessories.
This standard is applicable to the accessories produced with woven fabric as major raw materials.
This standard is not applicable to the accessories for infants of 36 months or below.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
woven accessories
small non-apparel wearable textiles with the woven as the main raw material, including head and face accessories (e.g., headbands, hair bands, earmuffs, face masks, eye masks and turbans), neck and chest accessories (e.g., collars, bow ties, collar flowers, breast ornaments, fake collars and sashes), arm accessories (e.g., arm sleeves, wrist straps and decorative gloves), decorative waist and hip accessories (e.g., decorative waist bags, waist pendants and belts), leg and foot accessories (e.g., knee covers, shoe covers and socks) and other clothing accessories (e.g., various bags, masks, covers, rings, strips, fabric decals).
4 Requirements
4.1 Instructions for use
The “instructions for use” is in accordance with GB/T 5296.4 and GB 31701. Main specifications of the product are indicated in centimeters (cm), for example, 150cm × 20cm and a circumference of 30cm.
Note: the specifications of the product with irregular shapes should be indicated according to the maximum size of the product body.
4.2 Raw materials
4.2.1 Textile
Materials conforming to the quality requirements of this standard are selected according to relevant national standards regarding textiles.
4.2.2 Stitch
The stitch suitable to the performance of shell fabric and accessories shall be adopted and the shrinkage of the embroidery stitch shall match the shell fabric; the button sewing thread matches the colour and luster of the button, except in special design.
4.2.3 Button, zipper and other accessories
Buttons, zippers and other accessories suitable for the applied shell fabric shall be adopted. The button surface shall be smooth and flawless, and the accessory shall be free from defects, sharp points and sharp edges. Zippers shall mesh in good condition and run smoothly. Inserts and ironed parts shall be firm and not easy to fall off.
Note: accessible sharp tip or edge refers to the sharp tip and edge on finished product that may hurt human skin under normal wearing.
4.2.4 Filler
The quality of fiber and down and feather fillers shall meet the requirements of the corresponding standards.
4.3 Permissible deviation of specifications and dimensions
Only the dimensions of main position specified in the product specifications shall be assessed. The deviation rate index requirements are shown in Table 1. See 5.2 for the calculation method. The size, front and back parts and height of the symmetrical positions of the product itself shall be consistent.

4.4 Colour difference
The colour difference of the same finished product or between different finished products of the same batch shall not be inferior to Grade 3-4.
4.5 Appearance defects
The defect permissibility for each position of finished product is in accordance with Table 2. Only one defect within permissible range is allowable. The defects not covered in this standard shall be treated by referring to the similar ones in Table 2 according to their shapes.
