1 Scope
This standard specifies product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of sizing machine.
This standard is applicable to sizing machine for warp sizing of pure short fibers and blended short fibers of cotton, linen and chemical fiber with the range of linear density being 7.3 tex (about 80s)~97 tex (about 6s) and warp coverage rate being 20% ~ 60% in single size tank.

3.1 Type
3.1.1 Warp beam creel type:
a) Single-layer type;
b) Combined type.
3.1.2 Size tank type
a) Classify by size tank quantity:
1) Single size tank;
2) Double size tank;
3) Multi-size tank.
b) Classify by soaking and pressing type:
1) Single-soaking and double-pressing;
2) Double-soaking and double-pressing;
3) Double-soaking and four-pressing.
c) Classify by pressure regulation type:
1) Step pressure regulation;
2) Stepless pressure regulation.
d) Other types:
1) Size tank with pre-wetting;
2) Size tank without pre-wetting.
3.1.3 Drying type:
Drying cylinder type.
3.1.4 Drive mode of whole machine:
a) One-unit drive;
b) Multi-unit drive.
3.2 Specifications and main technical parameters
3.2.1 Working width (maximum usable width) shall meet the requirements of GB/T 19551.
3.2.2 Specifications and main technical parameters of warper beam shall meet the requirements of FZ/T 90035.
3.2.3 Specifications and main technical parameters of weaver beam shall meet the requirements of FZ/T 90036.
3.2.4 Design speed: 1 m/min~60 m/min, 2 m/min~80m/min or 2 m/min~100 m/min.
3.2.5 Maximum working pressure of drying cylinder: 0.36 MPa; maximum working temperature of drying cylinder: 140℃.
