3 Terms and Definitions
For the purpose of this standard, the following terminologies and definitions apply.
3.1
bomb suppression blanket
temporary protective device, generally composed of blanket and fence, which is made of soft materials that can effectively reduce shock wave generated during explosion of explosives and injury caused by fragment to human and objects.
3.2
fragment
solid killing and wounding objects formed or released after explosion of explosives, such as metal blocks, wood chips, soil blocks, stones, etc.
