1 Scope
This standard specifies the safety technical requirements and supervisory work requirements of blasting operation, explosion working and storage, transportation, processing, inspection and disposal of blasting supplies.
This standard is applicable to the civil engineering blasting, and unmilitary engineering blasting conducted by the Chinese People's Liberation Army and armed police forces.
