本标准规定了气瓶阀的基本结构及进出气口连接型式和尺寸、技术要求、检查与试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装运输及贮存。本标准适用于环境温度－40～+60℃，公称工作压力为0.1～30MPa可重复充气的移动式气瓶上使用的气瓶阀。本标准不适用于气瓶盛装气体在毒性、腐蚀性、自然性等方面有特殊安全要求的阀。
